We tried to eat there in Oct. of 2007 and they told us they would not make anything vegetarian for us! I am happy to hear they have changed their attitude.

How has his challenge been going? Think he’ll keep it up? I think your meal looks great and it was so kind of the waiter to tell you about the tortilla chips!

Val, i’m really impressed by how well you’ve integrated being vegan into your life. Has it felt hard? You just seem so darn happy!
