Free gym membership for Healthy Living Summit attendees!

Here’s a quick post with a tip for any Healthy Living Summit attendees!

The Congress Hotel has a gym, but in case it’s small or not up to par (I have no idea, it might be great, but typically I’m disappointed with hotel gyms!) I wanted to let you know that my gym, Xsport Fitness, let’s you use their gym for one week for free.

Xsport is about a half mile (maybe less) from the Congress Hotel (on State and 8th St.), and is open 24/7.  Here is some info and some of its amenities according to their website:
